In submitting your idea, drawing, model and/or product to Wham-O, you acknowledge and agree that:

1.	The submission by you of your ideas, drawings, model and/or product ("submission") does not obligate Wham-O in any way and does not create a contract between you and Wham-O.
2.	If Wham-O has an interest in developing a product based on your submission, the terms of the agreement between you and Wham-O will be set forth in a separate written License Agreement that both you and Wham-O will need to sign. Until and unless there is a signed License Agreement between you and Wham-O, Wham-O has no duty, obligation, responsibility or liability of any kind owed to you.
3.	There is no commitment or agreement by Wham-O to develop the idea, drawings, model or product you submit.
4.	Wham-O may have already considered or have knowledge of the idea, drawings, model and/or product that you submit.
5.	It is not possible for Wham-O to return to you your submission, including the idea, drawings, model and/or product.
6.	Please provide your contact information. If Wham-O has an interest in discussing your idea, drawings and product it will contact you, however Wham-O has no obligation to contact you or follow up with you on your submission.
7.	You agree that the U.S. District Court for the Central District of CA shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute you have with Wham-O and that you submit to that Court's personal jurisdiction.
